DIMATEC ADHESIVE APPLICATION SYSTEMS
Tecnotau through its brand Dimatec offers a recognised expertise in the design and development of different solutions for adhesive application systems. Our expertise is the result of our long cooperation with the main key players in the Automotive industry.
Tecnotau highly qualified professionals have a wide experience in the integration of Dimatec technology worldwide.
Dimatec systems can apply PU, Bi-component, Hot-Melt, Primer and other adhesives or sealants.
Adhesive Application Systems
Dimatec equipments allow multiple configurations according to the needs of each application (material to apply, cycle time, etc).
Dimatec systems consist of different parts: Pumps, dosing units, application units and accessories. These parts can be configured individually to meet the customer needs. |

Complete Installations
Complete adhesive application system installations. Tecnotau has built up recognised experience in the development of automatic application cells. We offer two main robotised application systems:
• 6th Axis application head fixed to robot wrist. The robot applies the adhesive.
• 7th Axis application head at a fixed point. The robot handles the part to apply the adhesive. |

Manual Application Equipment
Adhesive application systems individually configured for different PU features. These systems avoid the use of expensive cartridges by our customers and minimize material loss.
The main advantage is the cost-saving benefits from the use of adhesive barrels instead of adhesive cartridges. Another difference between Dimatec manual application equipment and cartridge systems is the optimal material extraction without material waste. There are three equipment series:
• Hobbock Pump: Barrels up to 22 liters
• ECO 80 Pump: Barrels up to 200 liters and higher flow capacity
• 150 Series Pump: Barrels up to 200 liters for high viscosity PU |

Assembly machines for the solar energy industry:
• In the solar segment Tecnotau partner SIM Assembly Machines is mainly active in handling projects for piles, wafers, cells, modules, etc
• It focus is on special solutions and project development
SIM Assembly Machines has implemented projects in:
• Wafer production (wafer dicing, pile handling, gluing)
• Cell production (wafer handling, cell handling, buffer, all-in-one solutions)
• Module production (connector box setting, frame mounting)
