CMV Control Marking and Verification
Our engineering team has built up a recognised expertise in the development of all-in-one marking and verification solutions. Our solutions include CMV-T for tubes and CMV-B for boxes.
Marking devices, vision systems and other auxiliary devices can be operated from a single touch screen.
Equipments are designed for the handling and indexing of boxes and tubes of different dimensions and shapes.
Customised solutions are also available upon demand. |

CMV-T Tube Marking and Verification
• Tube handling, marking and verification with vision system.
• Device designed for different tube dimensions. No tools needed to change the working format
• Speed of 200 units/minute (depending on product dimensions)
• Marking and verification of a variety of data: lot codes, expiry dates, sequential and random serial numbering, RSS, Data Matrix and PDF 417
• OCR or OCV verification
• Ejection of tubes recognized as "no good": incorrect characters, low quality printing, marking outside the defined area |

• Carton box handling, marking and verification with vision system
• Device designed to enable different tube dimensions. No tools needed to change the working format
• Speed of 350 units/minute (depending on product dimensions)
• Marking and verification of variable data: lot codes, expiry dates, sequential and random serial numbering, RSS, Data Matrix and PDF 417
• OCR or OCV verification
• Ejection of boxes recognized as "no good": incorrect characters, low quality printing, marking outside the defined area |
