CORPORATE OVERVIEW
Tecnotau began its activity in 1999, as an industrial software specialist.
In 2001, Tecnotau starts an important expansion of its Business activity, which leads to the purchase of new premises in Sant Cugat-Valldoreix, together with an increase of its technical staff.
In this way, Tecnotau develops its activity in two business lines: on one hand, software engineering and control cabinet assembly, addressed to machinery manufacturers, and on the other, turn-key projects.
In 2006, Aggrego, S.L., an investment company with experience in the market as Perfiltek’s (manufacturer of conveyors and assembly lines) main shareholder, enters the company as a principal shareholder contributing with the necessary resources to finance the growth of the company and the leading of the project.
Since then, the expansion of Tecnotau Business focuses on market diversification and globalization.
During 2007, TecnoTau integrates to its group the company Dimatec System AG and adds to its organisation the key staff which had been developing until then the Dimatec product and technology in an engineering company in Reus. This company had been the integrator of Dimatec technology for many years but had ceased its activity recently.
This new division is specialised in adhesive application equipments and in developing a wide international network of distributors and integrators.
In 2009, Perfiltek is integrated to the Tecnotau Group. Perfiltek is a company based on the know-how of engineers and professionals with a wide experience in industrial internal logistics solutions and conveyor systems.
