Dimatec systems are designed to meet adhesive application needs in the Final Assembly and the Welding & Body Shop areas.
Final Assembly: Automatic glazing lines, DVD application, moonroof application,
Welding & Body Shop: structural applications, cosmetics, noise reduction, damping, sealing, reinforcement
Dimatec systems can apply PU, Bi-component, Hot-Melt, Primer and other adhesives. Dimatec systems can also apply different bead shapes.
Dimatec system parts include: pumps, dosing units, application heads and different accessories. Equipment parts can be individually configured to meet customer needs. |

Complete Installations

• 6th Axis application head fixed to robot wrist. The robot applies the adhesive.
• 7th Axis application head at a fixed point. The robot handles the product to apply the adhesive. |
